Hello Expert,
We are experiencing frequent crashes of the SAP Business One application.
We have limited the add-on to certain databases, but the problem persists and requires manual restarting of the Browser Access Gatekeeper service several times a day.
This intermittent problem is preventing us from working.
Please help.
Request clarification before answering.
Please check attached SAP Note 2460464 regarding the recommended values for the initial pool size.
For example, if you have about 100 users in total work with Browser Access, we propose set the maximum processes parameter to 120-150, initial processes to 20 and idle processes to 5 and restart the Gatekeeper, monitor if any improvement.
Please change the running user * "SAP Business One Browser Access Server Gatekeeper" to a domain user administrator privilege.
Still having same issue, please report the incident using component "SBO-BC-BRW" .
