SAP Business Application Studio Subscription Failed

I couldn't to suscribe to SAP Business Application Studio. I try long for 2 entired days and it's impossible.

This is the message:

I've added entity and this message appears with BAS suscription creation.

Please experts, let me know how could I started with this. Because I had all my system up, however 1 week ago all the system went down. I don't understand why, but I just need to can to create all again without this kind of weird issues.
