Hello all,

We have SAP Cloud Platform (SCPC) activated and have created Subaccount of type Neo and Multi Environment. We have also bought a 3 month Subscription for the Business Application Studio (BAS) for my S-ID.

When I login into SCPC using My S-ID and open the Neo Environment Subaccount. Click on the Services. I am not able to see the BAS Service tile.

When I Login into SCPC using My S-Id and open the Multi Environment subaccount. Click on Subscription , I don't see the BAS Subscription Tile.

Is there any configuration that needs to be done? I would really appreciate your help.

Pls Note. The BAS works fine in my Trail account. I need help in SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit.

Thanks for all your help.

I looked in Entitlement under our Global Account. and We do not see the BAS.

Please guide me on how to add the BAS into the Entitlement list .

Hi sanjeev.gowda ,

The following assumes that your account is subscription based (as opposed to CPEA ).

As yuval.morad mentioned, it seems that there's no license to use BAS and that's why it does not appear.

License can be purchased from your AE (Account Executive), from SAP Store, or if you're an SAP partner, through the partner channel, self service app, etc.

Regards - Raz

No you do not need to create a space.

Please check under entitlement menu if you have business application studio. Your global account admin should distribute the entitlement between subaccounts assumming BAS was purchased BAS.

In trial you should get it automaticaly

Hi Thanks for responding to my question. By cloud Foundry Account, do u mean to say, I will have to create a Space in the Cloud foundry inside the sub account. If so, I have done that and also created a dev space .

So when I click on the available subscription I don't see BAS Subscription

and in Market place inside the DevSpace , I don't see BAS …

Is there any other route or login to Cloud Foundry Account ?

Thanks for your help.
