I have a trial plan.

Subaccount: Azure/Singapor

CF is created.

Subscription Failed 

Couldn't subscribe to SAP Build Process Automation. Try again. If the problem persists, please post a question to SAP Community.

Could you enable SAP Cloud Identity Services first and then you can enable via Booster or directly from Instance & Subscription - SAP Build Process Automation
