SAP BUILD importing .mtar file error

Hello,

We changed our plan from free to standard and we are importing our build apps projects. I am experiencing this error for 3 out of 6 projects that we have. I double checked and the project is not existing. I also tried creating a new project with the same name and I was able to create it and delete it.

I found one solution in google, but I don't have access to this link.

Can anyone know what can we do to upload our projects?

Can you check if you see the projects that fail to import in web preview dashboard?

To me this sounds like that there might have been some issue during the initial import, but from build apps side the import had been successful.

Sadly, they're not available in the web view too.

If so, could it be that someone in your team has been faster than you and imported the app already?

Hello agpekka, No, I was the only one who exported the file and tried importing. I also tried searching the lobby if there's an existing app with the same name. I also tried creating a new APP with the same name and I was able to.

I see in the logs that you got this (and some other projects) imported succesfully to build apps. Did this just magically work or did you create new tenant? Or are they still failing?

Hello agpekka, we created a new sub-account for this since in our previous sub-account, the error still persists.
