SAP Build - Document template with custom type is not working

Hi,

I'm using cloud studio in SAP Build Process Automation to automate PDF extraction. The PDF data get extracted if I used predefined document type(Invoice). But the custom Document type extracting nothing from same PDF. It didn't errored but the values are null.

I retried to create new custom template again with same PDF document for extract. And it works.

10767I am able to extract the data using a Custom template.Can you share the document that your trying to extract the data.

I think only image, xml, txt files only attached here. It throw error when try to attach my pdf file.

Same here: tried with 3 different custom templates, kept returning "null" value, then tried with a SAP template, worked fine. Never had that kind of issue using DOX before...
