SAP Build Apps - Low-Code/No-Code Access Issues

Some users are having a problem to connect in SAP Build Apps. The error is occurring in the SAP Build Apps - Low-Code/No-Code using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP, Academy ID: 51642, in the step “Create a Project”.

When the user access the step, the screen appears like this:

There has been some redirection issues when authenticating to lobby.

Would you be able to check, what the url is where users ends up in the failing step (the "welcome page")?
