SAP Build apps local preview issue

Hi Experts,

We are developing apps in build apps in our customer subaccount. It was working perfectly fine till last week but from this week i have a problem running apps locally.

The dolan timestamp goes to error 

After few seconds i get network error like below

The same app from the same build lobby works fine for my other colleagues. Am i missing some config?? What would have changed suddenly. 

@beapasch - Any ideas on this issue?
