SAP Build Apps combo box version 1.1.9

Has anyone been facing issues with latest combo box version 1.1.9 in build apps? We have raised a ticket with SAP but no updates from SAP. The latest combo box version is failing to fetch and display data despite being mapped to the backend.

Have you tried upgrading the component? Current version seems to be 1.2.2 from January

Yes, we upgraded to latest version and tried, Still the same issue.
