🚨 SAP Build Apps – Access Denied (403 Forbidden) – Since February 11, 2025

Hi SAP Community,

since February 11, 2025, I have been experiencing a 403 Forbidden error when trying to access my SAP Build Apps design-time environment. The issue also affects my colleague, so it does not seem to be an isolated case.

Error Details:

• URL: https://a1797de4trial.design-time.us10.apps.build.cloud.sap/builder/projects/?id=us10.a1797de4trial....
• Error Message: "Access to a1797de4trial.design-time.us10.apps.build.cloud.sap was denied. You are not authorized to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403."
• BTP Subscription: SAP Build Apps Trial (US10 region)
• Trial Status: Active
• Browser: Chrome, Edge (also tested in Incognito mode)
• Tried Solutions:
  • Checked BTP Cockpit → SAP Build Apps Subscription is active
  • Ensured Role Collections (SAP Build Apps Admin/Developer) are assigned
  • Cleared browser cache & cookies
  • Tried with different user accounts

This setup has worked fine until last week, and we made no changes to our BTP settings or user roles.

📌 Is this a known issue? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
📌 Are there any recent changes to SAP Build Apps that might have caused this?

Same issue for many including me . No solution from SAP Yet.

Do you have found any workaround to keep on going with the work ? It is a little bit annoying, as I can’t do anything to keep on working on some apps and getting some tutorials done!
