SAP BTP Trial invitation e-mails

I recently signed up for a BTP trial.

When I try to add users (under sub-account -> Security -> Users) none of them get an invitation email. There are no errors or warnings. I tried to see if associating the users with a Role Collection has any impact, but it doesn't.

Since this is a basic functionality I wonder if I am missing some basic config somewhere.

Hi @ramtn, if you want to give other users access to your Trial account, they would first have to register the same way you did, thereby creating a user. You can then grant them access to your account by assigning the respective role collections to them (for ex. Subaccount Viewer).
