SAP BTP Subaccount Access to Users

Dear Support,

Kindly help us how we can provide access of Subaccount to Users. As the users have to deploy the applications on SAP BTP subaccount. Kindly guide us how we can achieve the same.

Hi,

To provide access of Subaccount to Users please follow these steps:

You must be a subaccount administrator to add other subaccount members and the users exist in a trusted identity provider.

Assign role collections see below : Assign Users to Role Collections

1. Open the SAP BTP cockpit.
2. Go to your global account or subaccount
3. Choose Security  Role Collections.
4. Choose the role collection to which you want to assign users.
5. Go to the Users section and choose Edit.
6. Enter the user ID, identity provider, and e-mail address of the user that you want to assign to the role collection.
7. (Optional) To add more users, choose  (Add a user).
