SAP BTP - Forms Service by Adobe and Forms Service by Adobe API free tier

Hi,

I create an instance for Forms Service by Adobe and Forms Service by Adobe API using Free plan.

I also add the roles ADSAdmin and TemplateStoreAdmin to my user.

I am now trying to access the configuration UI using the following links provided in the documentation, links:

https://<sudbomain>-ads.formsprocessing.cfapps.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/ui/customer/index.html
https://<sudbomain>-ads.formsprocessing.cfapps.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/adsrestapi/ui.html

For some reason it´s not possible to me to access it.

Can you help me with this issue?

Hi Experts,

We have the same question. Does the 'Default (Application)' plan incur any cost?

After subscribing to 'Default (Application)' plan, both the URLs below are not working.

https://<sudbomain>-ads.formsprocessing.cfapps.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/ui/customer/index.html
https://<sudbomain>-ads.formsprocessing.cfapps.<region>.hana.ondemand.com/adsrestapi/ui.html

Error - 500 - Internal Server Error

Kindly suggest.

It's suposed you need to add the entitlement "default (application)" to being able to create not only the instance, but also the subscription.

The main question is, ¿will this "default (application)" incur costs? Please experts! 🙂
