I just click application Suite, then suffer internal Server Error. like second photo
certainly, I had used integration suite before 2days ago. but today I Can't work it.
So, I trying to refresh my instance key , but i still can't it .

In that case, always try to delete all Browser data. Happened to me as well, got it to work first after deleting All Browser Data. Important: Time range "All time"
