SAP BTP Application Log as Launchpad or V4 Odata service?

The are useful application  logging tools in SAP BTP.
CL_BALI_LOG_DB
But I cant find any V4 OData service providing access to log data.
Only a S/4 Hana app. But this important to have on the basic ABAP (steamPunk) environment.

I was expecting to find a Launchpad app available on ABAP environment to show the application log.
At a minimum a v4 service to you can generate a basic UI.
Are we supposed to build our own UI app ? 
How can you display the application log on SAP BTP ABAP ?

Hi Peter,

true, but this can only display a single log, and you have to know the loghandle. Searching for logs etc. is not possible. So the question is: why is that 1487 app not available in BTP steampunk?
