Hi all,
I've done an interesting observation the past week on the Build Process Automation monitoring tool - especially the 'Retry' functionality.
When retrying a process instance containing an action then the action is not execute instantly. Below are screen shots from an instance where a process is retried after action failure. But upon retrying the instance the action is not triggered - at least not within the first hour.
Below is another example on a process instance that was retried - Six hours later the action was triggered.
Above logs are on the same process - but two different instances. The first step of the process is an action - so we are not pending multiple steps before executing the action. When no action failure occurs then the process instance is executed within seconds.
The issue seems to only to occur upon retrying a process instance.
Has anyone done the same observations on the retry functionality?
