SAP BPA Impossible to load project to Desktop Agent 3

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue trying to run an automation from SAP BPA.
I'm interested in project Enter Incoming Invoice (PDF) - ECC (MIRO) that is meant to fetch PDF invoice from email and posting them in SAP through MIRO. Project is already available in the market and I'd like to use it as it is.

To do that, I created an private environement and deployed the project to it:

After that I downloaded a Desktop Agent 3 that I installed on my PC, enabling Microsoft Edge extension. I succesfully link agent to my tenant:

So, as per I can see, agent and project are linked to the same environment. 

Finally, I create an Automation Launcher for my project, distributed to my agent through attributes:

I made this steps following various guides on SAP Learning: now, I expect to find a project to be started in my agent (it is in attended mode) but nothing appears and agent stays in Idle mode:

The following are my project dependancies and minimum agent version. This data seem to be greyed and not changeable:

I'm keep searching and trying but cannot find out how to solve this situation and go on with configuration.
