SAP BPA Desktop Agent issue connecting tenant

Hi there,

I was using 3.17 version of Desktop Agent and it was working all fine for me only one thing I noticed in agent events as below :

Error while downloading the new version. 
Error while downloading the new version. No download of the new version. No update will occur.

Upon this I have manually downloaded the version 3.19 and installed it and I noticed that in I am unable to connect to my tenant its stays Unregistered, even after I put my credentials, upon investigation in agent Events I found below error :

Login failed.
The registration failed because we couldn't get the access token from the tenant.

Please note I have extension installed in chrome as well in edge browser, I have tried installing the latest version of desktop agents and its still the same.

Hello, were you able to figure out what the problem was. i am facing the same issue.
