Client Installation fails with following error:

I was able to install server file without any issue.

Need help on this.

You should not install client on same server, and also - looks like server install has not fully completed and microsoft thinks its still running.
Have you rebooted ?

yes, I did reboot multiple times but the issue still exists.

Incase the server install has not fully completed, should we uninstall the server and install it again?

what do you suggest.
