SAP BO Webi optional prompt issue with java sdk

Hi, 

I am following below procedure to schedule the webi document to produce multiple formats, but facing issue with optional prompts.

Followed below steps using Java sdk

1.  Copy original document to another duplicate copy.

2. Assigned prompt ( used reportengine API) Including optional prompts.

3. Saved the duplicate copy document and added to the new publication.

4. triggered publication schedule method.

Issue is optional prompts not reflecting into data source query. 

if i refresh the duplicate copy document and saved then its working. But that cause issuing data source queries hitting the database and again as part of publication schedule running hitting again.

Is anyway handling optional prompts and reflecting those into data source queries? I don't have any issues with normal prompts.

Really appreciated any help/advice on this.
