An SAP BO 4.3 SP3 Patch 600 was installed on a Windows 2019 server.
The contents were imported from an SAP BO 4.1.
There are 14 Namend User licenses for the server.
The users and user groups, the user authorizations and group memberships and the directories and authorizations for the directories were imported step by step.
4 additional users were set up. All 14 Namend User licenses are now occupied.
Authorizations for a user were then changed. These changes were made in the CMC directly on the server. When saving the user for whom the authorizations had been changed, an error occurred in the CMC so that the login screen was displayed again.
If you now logged in again, the user who had just been edited no longer existed in the user directory. But his home directory still exists and the user can still log in.
A reposcan did not reveal any problems in the repository. The only complaint was that there was no user for three entries in authorization groups.
It is not possible to create a new user because the corresponding home directory already exists when the user is created and because the number of Namend User licenses has been exhausted.
Deleting the home directory is not possible.
What can I do with the corresponding user?
