Hello, dear community!
Recently we have updated our Windows client and after that we faced the incorrect work of SAP BEx Analyzer (some workbook took eternity to open, some crashed while openning and others could not be saved on a local machine).
We have updated to latest SP for both Netweaver and BEx Analyzer. But it have not helped. The only sollution was to delete Windows KB3128031. It is not critical updated and as mentioned on the official site "improves the robustness to make sure that the stability of Office 2010 applications in certain scenarios".
Just to aware you if you will face same problem.
Just delete KB3128031.
