SAP B1 Webclient: We are getting an error when trying to preview a report

Hi all,

We get the following error when trying to preview a layout in the weblient:

The layouts can be previewed without problem in SAP B1. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

What is the SAP Business One version and patch where the issue is reproducible?

Which localization (US, UK, DE, CN etc.) is being used?

A similar issue was fixed for China localization. SAP Note 3114313.

Can you please help to check the issue in the latest patch and share the results with us?

The B1 version is: SAP Business One 10.0 (10.00.160) FP 2105  (64-bit)

Hi @Kimbo ,

1. Are you using the Web Client in a tablet or PC/laptop ?

2. What web browser do you use? If you are using MS Edge suggest also to try in Google Chrome or Firefox

3. Just to double-confirm - the default layout assigned to the document is a Crystal layout or PLD? (web client supports Crystal layouts only)
