SAP B1 Web Client Extension Not Showing

I am creating an extension to test extensibility in the SAP B1 Web Client, but it is not appearing.

To make sure the issue isn't related to the extension I created, I followed these steps:

1. I downloaded the sample file from the documentation to add it directly in the Extension Manager.

2. I extracted the ZIP file and imported it into the Extension Manager.

   
   
   

3. I assigned it to the company.

   

4. I opened the Web Client, but the extension does not appear in the corresponding section.

   

   I also checked the side menu, and it is not listed there either.

   

Am I missing any steps or configurations to make the extension visible?🤔

Hello @GadielHdz,

Would you try to run the following linux command and relogin?

chown -R b1service0:b1service0 /tmp/b1-thinclient-cache

I ran this command to check the permissions and it seems that the user b1service0 already has the valid permission 🤔
