Hello,
We are having an issue where after upgrading to SAP B1 v10 from SAP B1 v9.3, some users are having UI issues. Specifically on the Business Partner Master Data - Addresses window, the "text" field is completely missing. This is happening to only a few specific users after the upgrade. The users have the same issue on different devices. We tried disabling the addons we use (B1UP) but no luck.
Anyone has experienced this before, or has any suggestion please?

We had the same issue when we upgraded, we also have B1UP.
I believe the issue relates to when the UI has been changed in the UI configuration via SAP and B1UP at the same time.
To fix it I removed users from the default configuration template and created a new group with all default layouts with configuration done via B1UP instead. It wasn't easy and if anyone has a better solution I'm all ears.

That makes sense but as you said it's not very easy to do.
In our case we had this for one user only and we were able to sort the issue out for them with the EDIT FORM UI option. The specific form was minimized (dragged to the left) which was not very obvious when we first looked at it with this tool.
