Hi,
I am really not sure where to post questions about SAP Business One.  If someone can help that would be appreciated.

For this one, I have users that are losing the shortcuts in the Common Functions on the dashboard.  Is there something that I can do to resolve this?

One of my clients shared a similar issue with me. When they try to click on the shortcuts, sometimes the shortcut gets dragged out of the common function area, causing the menu to disappear. I searched through SAP notes and blogs but couldn't find any relevant solutions.
