SAP API Management - API provider Unauthorized issue 401

Hi All,

I am configuring SAP API provider to access my SAP GW server and getting 401 access while clicking on discover option. Destination is created and it is working fine, cloud connector is properly setup as well.

Any hint?

I have seen some blogs and got response that SICF service needs to be check with "use all logon procedures" however i cannot change standard SICF service in SAP GW.

Hi Aparna,

Virtual host was exactly same and we used principle type as X.509.

I think you can replicate this very easily if you follow my explanation.

"I noticed that SAP Cloud connector behaves bit differently when you have multiple sub account configured in one cloud connector,We have used Location ID concept to differentiate different sub-accounts however when 2 different sub-accounts are pointing to same back-end server and virtual host name is same then it cannot understand origin of call, we noticed this behavior in cloud connector logs and changed virtual host name and it worked."
