Hello All,
I have a scenario where user will enter the % values on the top node of the hierarchy and then the same percentage value should be allocated to the leaf members. Example: If user enters 2% on the top node then all the leaf members should get 2%. How it can be achieved in Analytics Cloud planning.

Hi,
In your model, you just need to declare an exception aggregation (average) on your percentage key figure and give the dimension that you want to have your percentages repeated on leafs

Hi Amine,
This is a great suggestion, and will work assuming that the # - unassigned member is not included within the the specific distribution hierarchy and that all existing leaf members within the branch of the hierarchy are either already booked, or are all null (otherwise it'll only distribute to existing booked cells irrespective of AVG the exception aggregation).
Thanks,
Scott
Hi Sameer,
I think your best option for this would be to use Data Actions/Advanced Formulas to seed the results rather than trying to distribute using table functions or setting up an allocation to cover this.
Thanks,
Scott
