SAP Analytics Cloud

Hi Community, Currently we are on SAP BusinessObjects 4.2 SP5. Would it be possible to use WebIntelligence Rich Client and Information Design Tool in Analytics Cloud? Does cloud have these applications or any other alternatives? Could anyone please help me to find this info.
