SAP Analytics cloud - unbooked members in live connection query dimension

Hello,

I have live connection to BW4HANA system. There is dimension on which i want to set a filter (by range). The problem I'm facing is that whenever I try to set up  a fixed date filter on this dimension, I get following error. 

So I checked the data in SAC model and there are quite a lot of unbooked data contains date that have no values for key figures. I gues these unbooked members are reason why I'm having problem with a filter ?
I checked the query designer, try to add zero suppress for rows and cols, but still without a change. 
Is there some option in BW query to turn off sending of these unbooked data ? Is there some solution for this problem ?
