SAP Analytics Cloud only works on Firefox, not working on Chrome or another browser

Hi,
In our system we have live connection (direct) to BW system, we can only connect through Firefox browser, can not connect through Chrome or Edge.
When we try to connect our live connection models through Chrome, we get this error ;
Which difference that makes our connection successful through Firefox and failed on Chrome?
