SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Office - Error loading add-ins

Hello dears,

We are facing a problem when installig SAP Analytics Cloud, add-in for Microsoft Office.

The add-inn is downloaded from the Microsoft store but then it throws the error Error loading add-ins and it doesn't install.

Up to yesterday (07/06/2023) it was working just fine.

Can anybody help?

Hi, We experience the same once per 1-2 months, unfortunatelly during the forecast cycle, which significantly limits usage of the addin (that otherwise would great). Our addin is centrally deployed in O365. Also sometimes it freezes or the SAP formulas get corrupted.
