SAP AIF use Idoc field value as input for a function

Hi,

In SAP AIF you can define functions which trigger a specific transaction or report. From what I can see one can only use the 4 variables as input values for the function. In my case I have a sales order number in a specific Idoc filed, but not available as one of the variables in the error message.

Is it possible to use the value of the Idoc field as input for the function. In my case I want to start VA02/VA03 with the sales order number in one of the Idoc fields.

this is not possible. 

Which release are you using? With the fiori monitoring UIs we have introduced key field functions. With the key field function you can add a forward navigation based on the content of a key field (the feature is only available for AIFs Fiori Monitoring UIs).

Hi Pascal, as you are on a 2020 release have a look at the key field navigation feature. https://help.sap.com/docs/ABAP_PLATFORM_NEW/4db1676c3f114f119b500bd80ccd944d/80f98b77399840b8badfc99... It might solve your problem.
