SAP AIF Interface Monitor (/AIF/IFMON) has interface details but the message count is not showing

SAP AIF interface monitor has interface details as per customization, but the message count is not showing. The count which shows how much went for error/warning/success. Alert config and recipient details all have been configured and exists in the table. But when I run the report RSALERTTEST, the alert is showing not configured. Even when I run standard, it showed the same. Please help with possible answers.

My Problem is solved. It's a bug in the standard SAP Code.

Hello,

did you try to send a message to your AIF interface? What are you monitoring? IDoc, Proxy, ...?

Try to send a test message. The message should show up in the interface monitor if the AIF interface is assigned to a recipient and the recipient is assigned to your user. The message count will be visible as soon as there are messages for this AIF interface.

The alerting for the AIF interface will be triggered when the send message runs into an error.
