SAP ABAP Uploading a package

Hey,
I wanted to ask you that is it possible to upload a package into a sap system. It like I created a package in one of the client system and in that package are all my programs, DDIC elements such as tables, structure, table type, Function Module etc. Now for another client I needed to create all the same things but with minor changes. So, I was hoping is there a way that I can download the package created in previous client and upload it new client, so I don't have to create all the objects again.  #SAP ABAP # ABAP

1. Create a transport request in the source system, from SE80 on package node
2. Copy the relevant files between data and cofiles directory of both Application Servers
3. Trigger the import in target system : STMS, Extras, Other Request
4. Change the original system of the package via SE03 (select objects of the package and use ok code MASS)
