SAML acs end point not redirecting to https as expected

We have an issue while testing SSO in our FIROI production.

We are able to login to Micorosoft azure page and then instead of allowing to login to fiori, it is redirecting to fiori login page.

In the SAML trace, we can see error as below:-“SAML20 CX_SAML20_CORE: Message 'Response' did not arrive at the correct destination. Long text: Message 'Response' did not arrive at the correct destination”

Later we found ACS end point is not redirecting as expected.

The response arrives athttps://mobi.kapsarc.org/sap/saml2/sp/acs/600but the expected endpoint ishttp://mobi.kapsarc.org/sap/saml2/sp/acs/600 (log attached)

Note:-We are using sap web dispatcher and on top of that citrix load balancer.
