SAM 2310 error message code 500

We are working on a SAM2310 installation. The application is available except for 2 users. We keep on getting the following error message: Retrieve feed https://ssam-asset-mgr-test-280almq9-test-asset-mgt-sap-sam2310.cfapps.eu10-004.hana.ondemand.com/DE... failed because the OData server returned HTTP code, 500, with message: Error occurred preparing backend request

Has anyone experienced this before and how did you solve this error?

This might be because of the amount of data that is available for these users. You may involve a technical consultant to analyse traces to see which Batch call it is stopping at.

You may also review ICM timeout parameters with your Basis team. For ICM timeout parameters, you may check SAP Note https://me.sap.com/notes/824554/E

Thanks for the advice. We found an issue between DMS and Inspection lot. Implementing note 3413464 should solve the issue
