I am currently encountering an issue with the upsert operation using ExternalID through the ROJO Salesforce adapter, which is connected via the Request-Reply element. Specifically, the Salesforce upsert operation fails for some records in the clustered payload, resulting in a blank exception, while other records are processed successfully. This integration flow functioned perfectly during QA testing; however, it is now failing in the production environment without any changes made to the integration flow.
I have already attempted to resolve the issue by updating to the latest version of the adapter, but the problem persists.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solutions that could assist in resolving this matter.
