Sales Statistics DSO design question

We have an existing structure for our sales statistics that use two DSO's. The first (EDW layer) is loaded directly from the source system 0UC_Sales_Stats_02; the second is loaded from the first using a transformation filtering on company code.

We recently added a new company code and I'm looking for advice on the proper strategy to update our system. The data for the new company code will involve a few new characteristics

1. Would a person create a third DSO specific to the new company code, and new infocubes based on this new DSO?
2. Should the existing company code filter used to create the second DSO be removed so that it contains sales statistics data for both company codes?
3. Other options?

I realize there are likely many possible solutions, if you could comment on what might be considered the best practice or present some options with known pros/cons

I would suggest creating one more DSO as existing Layer2 DSO doesn't holf this data as new DSO will have only new company code data..you have to think about reporting stand point of view also here. You should have a multiprovider so that one report can used for all the reports.. Let me know if any questions.
