Sales Order Fulfillment Issues Fiori App keeps loading infintely

Hi,

We are facing an issue in our project which is a S4/HANA 1909 release.

The issue is regarding a Fiori app called F0029A - Sales Order Fulfillment Issues(Analyze and Resolve). While executing the app from the Launchpad group, the app executes perfectly.

While executing the same app from App Finder, the app keeps the busy indicator and doesn’t allow any further processing. I checked the network response and no service was failing.

Would appreciate any input, if this is a known issue. I couldn't find any SAP note for the same.

Also, no errors get logged in error log transactions either. Its an embedded system architecture.
