SAC USER ID

Hi All,

What is the best option for USER ID in SAC?

I am planning to use the employee ID as the USER ID, but users who were created directly in IAS do not have an employee ID. Which attributes from Azure and IAS would be best to use as the USER ID in SAC?

Is the login name field in IAS always provisioned as the USER ID in SAC via IPS?

SAC use email address as unique key sync with IAS, user ID could be different from IAS.

thank you very much for your response.

But if I enable SSO and select USER ID under Choose a user attribute to map your Identity Providers - then the user is identified by the USER ID, and the USER ID must match the one in the IdP. Or is that not correct?
