Hi SAP Community,
I am relatively new to SAC, appreciate any help/suggestions on how to proceed.
In SAC we have a user account not associated with any user but is a service account created to receive import job failure alerts which in turn has a forwarding rule to internal incident creation tool to automatically create incidents.
User ID's are activated via email through IdP service(Ockta).
but for service account since we do not need to give user level access, certain configurations are not maintained, such as user log in through Ockta.
Is there a way to activate SAC account without needing to click on the activation link?
Or does SAC have a way to create a service account to be able to receive alert emails.
Thank you
