SAC Timestamp format change

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask, If is it possible in SAP Analytics Cloud to change format of timestamp. While I create new classic model, I also creat timestamp dimension with format YYYY-MM-DD HH:MN:SS. Source values are at the same format. But if I set up this dimension to widget, it is displayed as description with format MON DD, YYYY HH:HM:SS AM/PM. But in my user profile there is a time formatting 24 hours option set up. If I change dimension display option to ID, SAC creates also miliseconds at the end with 7 zero numbers.

I like ID display option more, but is it possible to get rid off there miliseconds?

Probably you can try to use calculated dimension to get rid of zeros.

Have you tried using the description instead of the ID? With the correct language setting (English/English) it should work.

Hello,

thank you, but if I tried to add the timestamp dimension to formula, error occures. The error says, that datetime is not supported in formulas.

Have I missed anything?

I am facing the same issue and would like to know how to remove these additional 7 zeros from the timestamp.
