SAC story Row and column alignment issue

Hi All,

Created story on Responsive page  after adding Required  Dimensions, styles applied on Top Node, Top Node-1

when we try to change Hierarchy or Remove Filters ,  we notice Two issue

1. Extra columns or Rows available which is not Auto Aliened.

2. Styles changes when hier levels changes  which is not   Auto Aliened.
