Hi Experts,
we have a problem in SAP Analytics Cloud, data modeling with the Signflip of EXP-Accounts.
Situation
We have an Account-Dimension with a Sign-Flip-Property, which should enable different signs for the EXP-Accounts (Sign Flip for Base Amount shows the Costs as a positive value / Sign Flip for Management shows Costs as a negative Amount).
This works well, as decribed in the Documentation (SAP Help Portal). Also for the Calculation (Row 3 - Calculation of "Direct Margin = Revenue - Direct Cost of Sales") it works fine, after setting the right Priorities for the Calculation. Exmaple see Screenshot below.
Problem
We need to calculate the Previous Year Values. But here the Signflip "destroys" the calculation when it comes to the time navigation.
The first 2 Columns (green) are correct ans also the result (Direct Margin) is calculated correctly.
In the last Column (red) we can see the problem for the previous Year Calculation:
Background
New Model Type, optimized Story.
LC (no Signflip) - is the Measure in the Import-Model.
LC - is a calculated Measure to reflect the signflip:
LC - (PY) - is a calculated measure to get the previous year value from LC (only Actuals):
It would be great if someone can help here!
Thanks in advance!
