SAC Public Dimension Import Unexpected error

Hi, 

I have a Public Dimension that I've been trying to update the IDs and Descriptions for. The import job worked 2 days ago fine. But today whenever I try to important I get the following errors:

I've tried creating a new job to import data. And still the same. Every other Public dimension imports fine. Apart from this one. 

I saw an older community post that had the same issue but that was fixed in the Q4 update last year apparently. 

Any suggestions as to what could be causing this. Or how I find a more meaningful error description than "unexpected error".
