SAC Planning - Unable to SAVE

I have a SAC Planning report in Test system, and I am the only one having edit access to it. 

When I go to edit mode, make some changes, and try to save, I get the below error saying 'The story has just been updated by another user. You are now only able to save a copy of the story.'

It might have been locked by my ID itself during any previous session. Anyway I can unlock this? If I donot want to create another copy? In case if there were multiple users who had access to this report, how to identify the user that locked this?

I would check in a second browser tab in the files area which user has last modified the story, check the "Changed By" column.
