Sac Planning In budget manually unable to enter values

sac using dataaction copied data from actual Q1-25 to Q1-Budget.In budget manually unable to edit data  for Q2. Note data avaliable in actual for Jan,Feb,Mar,April-25

Roles i have : Application Creator;BI Admin;BI Content Creator;BI Content Viewer;Modeler;Planner Reporter;Predictive Admin;Predictive Content Creator;Viewer

some great suggestion have been provided by commenters.

I would also check on DAC, see if data-locks has been maintained for any version or period for a team or user.

As far as role is considered, Planner Viewer is what required. It would be a good idea to built Custom Roles and not rely on sap-delivered as they get updated with new features enable/disable also custom roles are maintenance handy.

You can switch on 'Reason for unplannable data' from more actions menu of table widget to see why those cells are display only.

Check below setting either planning is enabled or not on table

If this is a calculated account or measure, you won't be able to edit it.

For edit calculated account you need to write Inverse.
