SAC Planning error: An error occurred while retrieving the data locks for the visible cells

Dear Experts,

In my SAC-Planning story with Data locking enabled, I get the error when try to enter a value "An error occurred while retrieving the data locks for the visible cells".

SYMPTOMS:

The data can be entered in the open cells, and the plan data saved. But it always throws the error. In the locked cells if I try to enter values I get the error as well, and the data is reverted to the original state.

Also, the locked cells are not shown in grey but in black, as if they were all input-ready.

However, the admins have got this error as well, so the role shouldn't be an issue.

Any idea?

Hello,

I found the issue: in the planning tables, you need to have all dimensions from the data locking in rows, columns, or defined as single value filter.

Then the values show black (not locked) and grey (locked), and the error notification disappears.

That is not the resolution of aforementioned S-Note.

Edit Warning: Story-defined calculated measures restricted on the data locking dimensions are NOT resolving the issue.
