SAC no Data Point Comment allowed

Good morning,

I have problem in an existing story while trying to add comments.

If I am trying to add Data point comments I get the following result:

I f I am trying to add comments in the widget the result is:

I am able to add comments ion other stories so I would exclude general system settings or user restricitctions. The user is an admin user.

Dear Axel,

I was having some issues with Data Point Comments myself. There are several restrictions as I found out reading this blog post, that I found quite helpful. Although it's from December 2020 most of it should be still valid. Maybe one of the mentioned restrictions applies to your case.
